COMING UP

Ruth’s Retreat: Bible study and fellowship hour meets tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at the home of Ruth Gullerud from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The address is 347 Heather Road (in Corydon Park). We’ll have a Bible study topic, food, music, and discussion. Come and bring a friend!

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Time sheets for student workers will be collected tomorrow morning and submitted to our payroll company on Thursday. Your checks or direct deposits to your banks will be ready on Monday, September 23. We are still missing a few W-4’s, so be sure to turn those in today. If you would like to deposit your paycheck directly to your bank account, there is a form available in the office.

A note from IPC: The Immanuel Professorage Committee is calling for volunteers in the months of September and October.  Prof. and Mrs. Sullivan have moved out of the professorage on campus to a home in town.  This allows that professorage to get a rework and be ready June 1st for the new professor to be called soon for the 2020-2021 school year.
IPC would like to get soffit and fascia, new windows and siding done this fall.  If we could finish the exterior before the cold comes, we can use the winter months to rework the interior (kitchen and bathroom remodel, new floor covering, paint and other repairs).  Students from Immanuel’s “Leave It Better” group will be helping out starting September 20th.  We can sure use workers with all levels of skill.  To volunteer that weekend or any other times or for more information, please call Pastor Tiefel at 715-829-2000.

 

Work-Study Janitorial Position Opening

Times: Mon – Friday Starting at 5:30 AM, Saturday Starting at 7:00 AM, Sunday Starting at 6:30 AM.

Pay: $7.25 Hr.

Where: Commons/Gym

Duties include or may include: sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, cleaning furnishings, empty trash, cleaning restrooms, and other duties as needed.
