Trunk or Treat: Messiah’s youth group is hosting its first ever Trunk or Treat and we need your help! We are looking for many high school students to help us run games, serve snacks, and help with set up and clean up. The games will be simple to run and we will have instructions for you. Please sign up on the sign up sheet near the office if you can help. If you need a ride to the event, we can provide transportation. If you are also interested in decorating a trunk at the event you are more than welcome to sign up for that. You can scan the QR code on the poster or use this link  https://forms.gle/NgsL8uNvGYJ9dVqeA. Please talk to Erin Radichel or Val Hammett if you have any questions. We are so excited for this event and it will be a great success with your help!

Cross Country Report: It was a picture-perfect evening for a race in the woods near Thorp. In spite of the hilly course, 11 of our 20 runners set new season-best times, with Carter Martin and Stefon Johnson crushing their previous records by 1:50 and by 2:25, respectively. We also had two runners earn medals: Logan Thompson (5th) and Lydia Kloke (8th).
There’s only one meet left in the regular season – the Old Abe Invite at South Middle School on Saturday. Then comes the conference meet next Thursday in Augusta.
