ANNOUNCEMENTS
Bake Sale Fundraiser – The Banquet Committee will be selling a variety of baked goods this evening during the JV triangular. Stop by for a snack and the opportunity to make Banquet a spectacular event in the spring! Plan ahead for another opportunity next weekend, when they will be holding a car wash at the Burger King on Golf Road.
Cross Country Results – Our cross-country team opened the season last night at Cochrane-Fountain City HS. In spite of injuries, sickness, a challenging course, and some tough competition (both the boys’ and girls’ races included last year’s state champs), we competed well. The marks our runners set will give them a goal to beat the rest of the season. Our boys team finished 5th out of 10 teams, and Levi Wittorp finished 11th, just missing out on a medal.
Keys Found – 8/29/18 on the lower campus: key ring with three keys–a Toyota key, a garage key, and a third key copied at Hardware Hank. There is rust on the key ring, so the keys may have been in the woods for a while. Claim in the office if they belong to you.
Money Found – An amount of money was found in the AC Monday evening. Please come to the office to identify and claim.
Election coming up! – High school students will be able to vote for high school Student Body President next Friday, September 7. Voting will take place in the Commons lounge over the lunch period. Please plan to take part in this democratic process.
