Annual Corn Maze outing The Activities Committee has planned a Corn Maze Outing to Leffel Roots Apple Orchard this Friday at 6:30pm. http://leffelroots.com/ Besides a 10-acre corn maze with a game theme and contest, Leffel’s offers a variety of food. Please fill out the survey in your email so they can be prepared for our group. Cost for the outing is $3/person (normally $7 but the Activities Committee is covering the rest). You will need to pay at the bus in order to get on. If you drive/ride separately and do not pay in advance, you will need to pay the full $7 once you arrive!

2023 Photography Contest Now Open – Entries are now being accepted for the 2023 photography contest. This semester we’re calling our contest, “Seasons With Your Friends.” We’re thinking of outdoor pictures showing you/your friends enjoying fall or winter at Immanuel. Photographs may be taken on any camera and should be original photographs, taken by the person submitting the entry. First, second, and third place photographs will be chosen. Entries will be accepted through December 15. Winners will receive their photo on a puzzle, as well as their photo being printed on canvas to be permanently displayed in the Academic Center hallway with previous winners. Email your photographs to Mrs. Gurgel at marcy.gurgel@ilc.edu. Limit three entries per person. Include your name and graduating class year in your email. Let’s see what you can come up with!

Cross Country meet on Thursday: Augusta is hosting the 2023 Dairyland Conference Championship at Memorial Field (136 Klingman St, Augusta). The varsity boys race begins at 4:30pm and the girls race will follow at 5:15pm. 1st Team All-Conference will be the top five placements; 2nd Team All-Conference will be the next five places. There will be no parking at the complex itself, you must park on surrounding streets. Concessions will be available. No dogs are allowed at the meet.
