Flag Football Friday – The first game today will be Team 3 (Burgundy Broncos) vs. Team 2 (Navy Wolfpack) @ 3:15, and the second game will be Team 1 (Black Falcons) vs. Team 4 (Gray Rainbow Warriors) @ 4:15. Prof Gullerud will be driving a van to the fields right after school if you want a ride. Here is a link to the photos from this year’s season so far!

 

Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, November 2nd, at 2:00 AM. Phones will reset automatically, but make sure your other clocks have the right time. Enjoy the extra hour of sleep!!

ENCHANTING ADDITIONAL REHEARSAL: Due to “fan”atical conflicts, we are adding a Saturday morning rehearsal of Act 2 for everyone who is in town. PLEASE be there. 11:30-1, all cast. I’d like to do Act 2, then if we have time, go over choreography. You guys are amazing!! But also we need to practice …. -Mrs. R

School Picture Retakes will be in the library over lunch on Friday, November 7th. If you missed the first picture day or would like a different picture, please get your picture taken. If you are taking a new picture, please bring in the original pack of photos for the photographer.

 

 

 

Reformation CAROLING! – If you enjoy singing hymns, come celebrate your Lutheran heritage by joining us as we go “Reformation Caroling” down Prof. Row! Volleyball Report – In the sectional semifinal at Newman Catholic, the #2 Lancers fell to the #1 Cardinals 1-3. After the Lancers took the first set, Newman battled back to win the last three (25-17, 22-25, 23-25, 13-25). Our team fought hard to the end.

Thank you to our fans who came and supported us tonight and all season long, whether in person or watching online. You brought so much energy to our matches. We wouldn’t have made it this far without you!

Thank you to our seniors who closed out their high school careers tonight: Grace LeDuc, Leah Thompson, Joanna Seibel, Gabi Radichel and Kenzie Koenig. We’ll miss you all next season!

Grace, Leah and Gabi have been four-year Varsity players and have been a huge part of some really special moments for Immanuel volleyball. They helped bring home Immanuel’s first state championship last year. They won conference all four years. They never lost a match at home. They won 103 matches together.

Leah ends her career as Immanuel’s all-time assists leader with 2,472. She has over 1,000 more assists than the next person on the list. Leah is also third all-time in career aces with 231.

Gabi ends her career as Immanuel’s all-time kills leader with 1,678. She is also the school’s career digs leader with 1,454.

The Lancers end their season with a record of 19-17. Congratulations to our team and Coach Lau on a great season!
