Due to expected winter weather, the originally scheduled half day of classes for tomorrow (4/2) is now cancelled. Prayers that the Lord blesses you with safe travels and a very blessed (extended!) Easter break!
Track & Field: 4/1 Wed – 3:15-4:45.
Baseball will follow the indoor practice schedule today (found on the Gym Use Sheet linked above).
The Seven Rivers District Event will take place this weekend in La Crosse (La Crosse Center, 300 Harborview Plaza, La Crosse, WI). Team TOBOR hopes for an even better showing than the last competition and maybe even to qualify for state. They sustained some damage to the robot at the previous match, but are working hard to make improvements. Fans are welcome, and encouraged to attend the event! Stay tuned to Facebook and the Daily Bulletin for scheduling and updates.
Softball Report – The Lancer softball team couldn’t keep up with Blair-Taylor and fell 10-4 yesterday. Rachel Kazemba led things off in the circle. The hurler allowed 11 hits and 10 runs (five earned) over six innings, striking out one and walking none. Anna Eichstadt led the team with two runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The outfielder went 1-for-3 on the day. Eichstadt, Kenzie Koenig, Kazemba, Reagan Oman, and Lydia Kloke each collected one hit. Kloke stole three bases. We turned one double play in the game.
Baseball Report – In yesterday’s baseball game vs Blair-Taylor, the Lancers won 6-0. Derek Wales pitched six complete innings and gave up no runs and had 16 strikeouts and one walk. It was 0-0 after six. We scored six runs in the top of the seventh. Cam Nelson pitched a scoreless 7th. Each team had three errors. We had four hits and they had two.
