Friday. Betty Nolting funeral. Be at church by 3:30 pm. (Let Prof. Schaller know if you need a ride.) Warmup 3:30-3:40 pm in one of the classrooms. Service begins at 4:00 pm. Sing “Children of the Heavenly Father” during the service.
Saturday. David Lau funeral. Be at church by 10:30 am. (Let Prof. Schaller know if you need a ride.) Warmup 10:30-10:40 pm in one of the classrooms. Sing pre-service music from 10:40-11:00 am. A selection of concert repertoire. Service begins at 11:00 am. Sing “Amazing Grace” during the service.Attendance is not mandatory, but the families will appreciate any of you who can come. When families request it, it has been customary in the past for the tour choir to sing at the funerals of CLC called workers or their spouses, so this is not a new thing, but we haven’t had the opportunity to do it recently.
ACT testing on Saturday (off campus).
Pickleball games will be played in Mr. & Mrs. Ryan’s back yard (in Corydon) on Sunday beginning at 1:00pm. Sign up with Ellie by Friday night if you’re planning to be there.

Tour Choir members who live in the dorm may come down to the dining hall early on Saturday since you will be leaving before brunch . . . between 9:45-10:00am to grab Breakfast On the Go items.
Youth Group Event: ILHS students are invited to join the Team Photo Scavenger Hunt that Youth Group is hosting Sunday, April 21 from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. Meet at the Messiah Fellowship Hall. All participants must be signed up by Thursday, April 18. To sign up email ygc@ecmessiah.org, text 715-456-4580, or sign up on the sheet on the credenza. Dorm students, if you would like to come and need a ride, contact Rebekah at 715-456-4580 to make arrangements.
Help Needed: Messiah Lutheran Church, Eau Claire sponsors a camp each year to provide local children ages 7-11 a Christ-centered summer camp experience FREE of charge. The camp includes twice-daily Bible studies, swimming, boating, campfires, and more. God’s Kids Bible Camp is scheduled June 23-26, 2024. The GKBC directors are looking for male counselors between the ages of 18 to early 20’s. Counselors assist with day-to-day operations at camp. Those interested are asked to contact our directors Dwight Gantt (dwight.gantt.3@gmail.com) and Kitara Mielke (kitara.mielke@gmail.com) or Pastor Caleb Schaller (715-577-6199).
