Art Lab/Art Club – Plans are underway to form an Art Lab/Art Club that will meet twice each month on Fridays from 12:30-1:10 pm in the Art Room. Open to high school and college students. All levels of art experience are welcome. An informational meeting will be held on Friday, August 28 at 12:30 pm in the Art Room. Come learn more information, share ideas, and discuss details. Questions? Stop by the Art Room during lunch this week or email Mrs. Gurgel at marcy.gurgel@ilc.edu.

Class Schedules are available on the credenza outside the office and in your Gradelink app. Login credentials for Gradelink have been emailed to you. Talk to Ms. Gantt at the front desk or Prof. Roehl if you have questions.

 

ILHS Concession Stand Fundraising Program- We are excited to introduce a new school concession stand fundraising program for home games! Each home game will have one adult and two high school student volunteers who will work together to operate the concession stand, serve customers, and help with opening and closing. Profits from the concession stand will be distributed to the participating class or committee for shifts worked. (A consistent fundraising amount will be determined once we have a better understanding of the concession stand’s profits and expenses.) This is a great opportunity to work together, serve our school community, and raise money for your class or committee! We will be opening shifts up to the Banquet Committee first but then will offer shifts to classes to work on building up class trip funds. Stay tuned for information on how to volunteer! The concession stand will not be open daily, so please watch the bulletin every week for concession stand hours. If you have any food requests or suggestions, please let the concession stand team know!

Concession Stand Hours This Week:

Tuesday, August 25^th : 3 pm – 4 pm

Wednesday, August 26^th: after evening chapel

Thursday, August 27^th : 3 pm – 4 pm

 

Volleyball Tryouts – Girls wishing to try out for Varsity Volleyball meet from 3:00 – 4:30 pm in the gym Monday and Tuesday. Those wishing to try out for JV should meet from 4:30 – 6 pm on the same days. Be sure that all your paperwork is in, or you will be unable to try out or practice until it is in.
