ILC campus access restrictions during the current public health emergency

To: All high school students, all college students, and all parents of ILHS students From: ILC Administration and ILC Board of Regents 

Wisconsin’s mandate of a public health emergency and the constantly changing and devolving conditions elsewhere, as well as CDC guidelines, play a major role in determining the restrictions listed below pertaining to student/parent access to the ILC campus. We ask all to abide by the following. 

The campus is closed to everyone except staff members, in compliance with Wisconsin’s Health Order #12 Safer at Home, effective 8:00 am on March 25, 2020. This includes both the buildings and the grounds. 

The only exception (as allowed by section 15c of Health Order #12) is to retrieve materials necessary for distance learning. Please do that only if: 

• You have made an appointment with Jennifer Schaller by email: jennifer.schaller@ilc.edu 
• You are not sick 
• You follow social distancing requirements 

Please refrain from asking for exceptions. We are required by law to comply with this order. 

If changing conditions or new executive orders require a change to the stipulations above, this document will be updated, including a revised date at the top, and distributed electronically to all the recipients noted on the first line. 

We recognize that this is inconvenient and even cumbersome. We ask for your patience as ILC administration and staff wade through changing conditions, public health agency recommendations, and government requirements. Your cooperation and understanding are much appreciated.
