Tour Choir Auditions – Friday (Sept 13). Prof. Schaller will be available from 3:00-5:00 pm today in the AC for tour choir auditions. Today is the last day to audition. Tour choir rehearsals will begin next Wednesday.
2. Sing a hymn verse of your choice in your voice part (accompanied)
3. Sing your voice part from the provided audition piece (unaccompanied)
4. Sight read a basic vocal line (unaccompanied)
CC and C Team VB: Runners and VB players – breakfast will be served for you in the dining hall at 7:30am – 7:45am on Saturday. Please be prompt so you can leave on time. Also, be sure to grab your crates with your lunches in them before you leave. Girl’s volleyball C team will be playing in a tournament at Chippewa Falls High School’s back gym. Tournament play starts at 9am. Lord’s blessings on all our sport teams who are competing this weekend!
Weekend Varsity VB Tournament – This weekend’s tournament in Kettle Moraine is a great opportunity for our school to compete in a large tournament with many D1 schools! May God bless our players with a lot of learning opportunities, fun, and no injuries! Fans will be able to watch Saturday’s games here through the host stream (though it may be a wide view of multiple courts at once). Choose Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran.
Leave it Better – CHANGE! Shed cleaning is moved to Sunday, September 22 at 1:00pm. Instead, we will start on the firepit project on Saturday at 3:00pm.

Musical Tryouts – The Immanuel Theater Committee has approved, and we are excited to announce, the musical for this fall, Mary Poppins!
Tryout dates have been set for Monday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 18. Each day will have two time slots, the first from 3-4:30 and the second from 4:30-6. The sign up sheet and more information is on the bulletin board by the office.
Flag Football – This Friday games will be played at 3:15 and 4:15 pm at the Stein Fields. If you need a ride, I’ll be driving a white van to the field, leaving from the flagpole at 3:00 pm. Week 1 features matchups of

| Cross Country Report: We can describe this season’s second meet at Stanley-Boyd with two words: hills and heat! In spite of the tough course and hot weather, we still had more than half our runners (12 out of 21) beat their times from the first meet, and had 4 who placed high enough earn medals: Lydia Kloke (8th), Katie Kloke (10th), Logan Thompson (6th), and Simeon Schaller (10th). Our team now has one day to rest before Saturday’s meet at Fall Creek.
