Tuesday Supper Sign Up: With all the basketball teams being away on Tuesday (1/24) evening – there will be a sign up sheet outside the dining hall for those of you who are NOT involved in boys or girls BB in any way, and will still be on campus to eat supper. Lance Pictures: We are trying to make yearbook pages for the Lance. If you have any pictures of you and your friends, any spring activities from last year (softball, baseball, track and field, banquet, field day, or the play) or anything from this year please send them in to thelance@ilc.edu. Softball Coach Needed: Immanuel Lutheran High School is seeking a varsity head coach. Due to job commitments, our current coach may not be able to continue coaching. The athletic director is seeking to establish a list of potential candidates. Ideally, he is seeking an adult female, but a male candidate will also be considered, who has played softball and loves to be involved in athletics. He is seeking someone who can commit to the program for the foreseeable future. The ideal candidate should know how to manage a softball team, knows the WIAA/NFHS rules of the game, be able to instruct players on offense and defense, has the time to oversee the softball program with the assistance of the jv coach, and exhibits strong Christian values and character. The candidate should also be a member of a church affiliated with the Church of the Lutheran Confession. All eligible candidates will be considered. The selected person will have to be approved by the ILC Board of Regents and pass a background check. We need to develop this list soon. If you recommend someone, please talk to them first to gauge their willingness to be considered. Please contact David Rodebaugh at david.rodebaugh@ilc.edu if you are interested.
