Activities Committee – The Activities Committee will be meeting Friday, October 2nd at 12:30-1:00 PM to go over details for the corn maze, fall party and formal ideas. 

Cross Country – Our cross country runners took advantage of the cooler temps and a flat course at Osseo and turned in some fast times. In fact, every single one of our 14 runners beat their season-best time, and 10 out of 14 set a new personal career best time! Our boys finished third out of 12 complete teams, and earning medals today were Derek Wales (10th) and Simeon Schaller (9th). We have just one day of rest before running at Tower Ridge on Saturday morning.

Forest Trails – Starting today we are asking students, staff and campus residents to stay off the campus forest trails while forest mulching operations will be occurring over the next week. The forest mulcher can fling dirt and wood so we do NOT WANT ANYONE within several hundred yards of the work zone. Signs and caution tape will be across the trails to help prevent anyone entering the work zone. 

Musical Rehearsal Schedule –  

Flag Football Players and Fans – The weather should be perfect this Friday for flag football at Bollinger Field! (Sunny and 62 degrees) Team 1 Black Tide vs Team 2 Red Commodores at 3:15 pm Team 3 White Razorbacks vs Team 4 Grey Gamecocks at 4:15 pm. Students who need a ride to the field may ride in the white van, leaving from the flagpole at 3:00 pm. Remember to bring your own water bottles. Fans, remember to bring your own chairs or blankets. The 2026 schedule, scores, standings, stats, and photos can be found at THIS LINK. Art Club – Meets this Friday, October 2nd at 12:30 in the Art Room. Finish your magazine weave or bring your own project and enjoy the creative atmosphere. We’ll also choose the art show theme…. bring ideas and a creative brainstorming mindset. 

Trunk or Treat 2026 (October 11th) – If you plan to help with the Trunk or Treat event at Messiah, you only have a few more days to sign up. Use this LINK to sign up by October 4th!
