Wearing sunglasses can be detrimental to your skin. What?!? It’s true! God designed our eyes to take in UV light and tell our brain how intense the sun is. We then seek shade, which protects our skin. But when we put sunglasses on, we turn off that reporting system, and our brain can’t process the fact that the sun is too strong for bare skin. So either leave the shades at home or make sure you’re getting out of the sun and/or covering up when the sun is intense (like today)!
