9th and 10th Girls’ PE: You do not have to change clothes for your first class this week. Please congregate on the bleachers nearest the organ room.
Volleyball Tryouts are today. Tryout for Varsity from 3:00 to 4:30pm. Tryout for JV from 4:30-6:00pm. BRING WATER!! It will be hot in the gym this week.
Interested in Playing Softball? A brief organizational meeting for everyone even considering playing softball in Spring 2025. It will be held today at 6:30pm in the Girls Locker Room. The purpose of this meeting is to identify experienced new students for the Gators fall club softball team, provide organizational information for Fall Ball, and provide information on opportunities for pitching, hitting and fielding clinics that can be arranged during the off-season and pre-season for inexperienced players or returning players that wish to sharpen their skills. Please bring your phones as we will be making sure everyone is set up in the GameChanger app for Fall Ball and off/pre-season clinic communications!
Evening Chapel will be held in the gym on Sunday-Thursday nights at 7:40pm. Dorm students must attend, and anyone else on campus at that time is invited and encouraged to join them.
Leave it Better (LiB) meeting on Wednesday at 12:45pm in AC111. If you’d like to help with projects that beautify, add to, and clean up your campus- this is the meeting for you!
Team TOBOR is Immanuel’s robotics club. The first meeting of the year is Wednesday at 5:00pm in AC130. If you are curious what robotics is all about, you are encouraged to come to the meeting and find out. There are many different roles that can be filled with a variety of talents!
Last day to add an elective class is this Friday, 8/30.
Meal Schedule for Labor Day weekend: This weekend’s meals will be held at the normal times, but on Monday there will be brunch offered at 10:30 and early supper at 4:45pm.

Class Schedules are available on the credenza outside the office, and in your Gradelink app. Login credentials for Gradelink have been emailed to you. Talk to Mrs. Schaller at the front desk or Prof. Roehl if you can’t get in.

Breakfast On the Go DID YOU KNOW?! – If you don’t like getting up at 6:30am for breakfast – there is Breakfast On the Go! It’s a ‘grab & go’ type breakfast. (No food allowed in the AC). Come and check it out from 7:15am-7:30am!
