Nepal Disaster Relief – The CLC Board of Missions and Kinship Committee approved a Disaster Relief Grant to assist our brothers and sisters in Christ of the Himalayan Church of the Lutheran Confession Nepal (HCLCN) following the severe flooding on August 28th. This support will help rebuild homes of fifteen HCLCN families and provide much needed ongoing disaster related humanitarian relief. Donations can be made to Kinship “Special Offerings (Relief Aid)” at http://lutheranmissions.org/kinship or through your local congregation. Please continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ of HCLCN as they begin rebuilding homes and lives. And thank the Lord for the peace and comfort that only His love can provide in times such as these.

Musical Rehearsal Schedule – 

Morning Chapel Speaker – Pastor Mark Bernthal is our guest speaker for chapel today. He was a pastor in a number of our CLC congregations, the Vice-President of the CLC for a number of years, and served on the CLC Board of Doctrine. He retired from the full-time ministry but is currently serving as Chaplain at Messiah. Thank you to Pastor Bernthal for sharing the Word of God with us.
