Tour Choir Auditions continue today. Women’s Voices: Today (9/6) 5-7:30 pm. Any Voice: Friday (9/8) 3-4pm. All auditions in Room 122. No appointment necessary. You can walk-in anytime during those hours. The audition takes about 10 minutes. You will be asked to: 1. Repeat musical phrases that are played for you. 2. Sing a hymn verse of your choice in your voice part (accompanied) 3. Sing your voice part from the provided audition piece (unaccompanied) 4. Sight read a basic vocal line (unaccompanied). The audition piece is John Rutter’s “What Sweeter Music” (Measures 1-50). Copies are on the credenza by the office. Audition music does not need to be memorized.
Class Meetings will be held today for all high school grades at 12:40pm. Seniors meet in AC123, Juniors meet in AC120, Sophomores meet in AC134, and Freshmen meet in AC121.
Activities Committee meeting this evening at 6:30pm in AC111.
Newcomer’s Party this Friday night starting at 6:30pm.

Chapel Speaker – Pastor Caleb Schaller is our guest speaker for chapel today. He is currently a pastor at Messiah, Eau Claire after serving for nine years at Redemption in Lynnwood, WA. His wife Jennifer works in the office. They have a child enrolled here at ILC.
Game Day Schedule tomorrow: Due to the home volleyball games this Thursday, September 7, ILHS Lady Lancers versus Whitehall High School, the following afternoon schedule will apply:
- Early study hall at 3:00pm.
- In-dorm chapels.
- Early supper at 4:45pm.
- Off-campus free night, with students back in the dorms by 9:50pm.
- All sign-out and sign-in procedures apply.

Cross-Country meet this Saturday: Fall Creek is hosting the races on the north side of their high school. The JV and Varsity will run together with the boys race at 10:00, followed by the girls at 10:45. No admission fee, and concessions will be available.
C Team Tournament this Saturday: McDonell is hosting at Chi Hi in the back gym (enter under the cardinal). First match begins at 9:00am. This is a round robin format, and ILHS plays rounds 1,2,4,5, and 7. Concessions are not expected to be available.
Varsity Tournament this Saturday: Elmwood/Plum City is hosting (please park at the south end of the building by the Wolf Den gym). The first match begins at 8:30am, and the entry fee is $4 for adults, $3 for students.The day begins with pool play where ILHS plays matches 1, 3, and 6. This is followed by single elimination bracket play. Concessions will be available and carry-ins are not allowed.
