Senior Tea will take place on Sunday beginning at 1:00 pm. Graduates and faculty should gather in the Morning Room in Ingram.
Card Making Event High Schoolers: You are invited to the card making event that Youth Group is hosting on Sunday from 2:00-4:00p at Messiah’s Fellowship Hall. We plan to make cards to send to members of our church family who are experiencing various struggles. To sign up email ygc@ecmessiah.org, text 715-456-4580, or see the event on Facebook. Join us if you can for this opportunity to serve our Savior and bring Christian encouragement to those in need.

Piano/Organ Recital The spring recital will take place on Sunday at 3:00 pm in the gym.

| Track & Field Report: In record-setting heat (92), we faced all 10 Dairyland Conference teams at the conference meet in Independence. Running events were a challenge, due to the heat and the strong headwind on the homestretch, and no one was able to set a set new personal best time, although several came close.
Since it is the conference meet, the top finishers in each event are the All-Conference team, and second place finishers get second team. Congratulations to our All-Conference winners: Riley Naumann – first team 100 hurdles Audrey Arndt – first team 100M, 2nd team 200M & long jump Several Lancers were able to set new PR’s in the field events in spite of the conditions: Sophia Carstensen (long jump), Caleb Arndt (triple jump), and all three of our shot putters: Joel Bernthal, Levi Falkenberg, and Jacob Lillo. Complete results are available at http://www.accuracetiming.com/ This marks the end of our regular season for track. We now have 10 days to prepare for the post season, which starts with our regional meet at Durand on May 23. From there, the top 4 finishers in each event make it to sectionals on May 26 at Colfax. The top 4 there get to go to the state track meet at UW-LaCrosse on June 3-4. |
