Study Sessions today: There will be study sessions for the following classes today in AC122: English 9- 4:15-5:00pm, History 10 5:30-6:30pm.
Pickleball will be played in the gym on Wednesday at 3:00pm. Come down to learn how to play, or to hone your skills!
Advent Service at Messiah on Wednesday at 1:00pm and 6:30pm. Students can get a ride in the vans which depart at 6:00pm from behind the Commons.
Christmas Party: Come down to the gym Thursday at 7:00pm for games and refreshments. Stay (or join us) for the candlelight service to close the evening’s festivities. Parents and friends: the Activities Committee is looking for donations of snacks and drinks for the Christmas Party. If you would like to help, treats can be dropped off at the office any day until 4:00pm, or brought directly to the Commons at party time.

Awards: Audrey, Leah, Gabi, and Cheyenne received their volleyball awards at a banquet in Madison on Sunday sponsored by the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association. Congratulations, ladies!
From our Athletic Director: “It was announced that Immanuel was awarded the WIAA Fall Sportsmanship Award for volleyball. This is the second time that we have been recognized for this award. It does matter how you act in public and during competitions. As the AD, I cannot express how grateful I am for the way you have carried yourselves on the court and in the stands.”

It’s Finals Week! While we are following a regular school day schedule Monday through Thursday, there will still be extra choir rehearsals.
Wednesday 7:45-8:45pm at Messiah
Thursday 3:00-5:00pm at Messiah
Call time for the concert at Messiah on Friday is 5:45pm.
(The concert is at 7:00pm this year, rather than at 7:30pm.)
Speaking of the concert, remember you need to wear black clothing under your robe. Boys: black t-shirt *no collar*, *no tie*. Black pants/socks/shoes. Girls: A shirt that does not show under the neck of the robe. You can wear a skirt/dress or pants, but anything that shows below the robe should be black. Black tights/socks/shoes.
Finals Week Suppers will be by sign-up the day before. M-Th will be at 4:45pm as usual, with Thursday serving until the choir gets back from Messiah. Friday’s supper will be served at 4:30pm. You must sign up to eat here! There will also be a sign up put out for those who made need a grab and go breakfast on Saturday morning. You will pick this up from your dorm parent.
Campus Parking During The Upcoming Break If you are leaving or parking a vehicle on campus over the upcoming break, please park your vehicle in the north row of the upper lot (row closest to the road by the pole and fire hydrant) if that row is filled, please use the lower lot east row (row by road coming down the hill).
Lost & Found: Check the table in the office for a few lost & found items you can retrieve for a quarter. Also, it’s that time of year when lost-and-found items in the Dean’s Office are either claimed or donated to a charitable organization. This week the cost of reclaiming items will increase by $0.25 per day. Any items remaining Saturday morning will be donated.

Photo Contest: The theme is “A Sporting Moment in Time”. Use your phone or camera to capture a moment from any Immanuel sport- a moment that shows determination, thrill, camaraderie, excitement, joy, or “I got your back”. Send your unedited photo to Prof. Roehl by December 20th, 2024. Go Lancers! Prizes awarded for the best photos including Canteen credit and a jigsaw puzzle of your photo.
