Spring Play Auditions Auditions for The Worst High School Play in the World will be today from 3:00-4:30pm. Students wishing to audition should sign up for a time slot on the sheet on the credenza outside the office. Please also take an info sheet, fill it out, and bring it with you to your audition. Rehearsals will be held 3-4 times/week and once on the weekend until two weeks before the show, when they will be daily.
Girls & Boys Basketball games today are in Alma/Pepin. The bus will be departing at 4:25pm from behind the gym. Girls JV and boys Varsity play at 6:00pm, girls Varsity follows at 7:15pm and boys JV plays at 7:30pm.
In His Word (College age Bible study) meets at 9:00pm in the AC Library at ILC. We’ll be in session six of a study of “Joy”. Rejoice always? Is that possible? How do we find joy and hold onto it? Hope you can make it!
Counseling on Wednesday Steve will not be in during the lunch period on Wednesday, but he will be there after school.
Due to mini-classes this week, on Wednesday and Thursday:
- No afternoon or evening study hall.
- No in-dorm or evening chapel.
- Both nights are off-campus free nights, with resident students back in the dorms by 9:50 PM.
- Sign-out and sign-in procedures apply.
Ruth’s Retreat Bible study and fellowship hour meets Wednesday evening in the AC Library from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. We’ll have a Bible study topic, music, and discussion. Come and bring a friend!
Track & Field Spring is just around the corner, and so are spring sports! Interested in doing track & field this spring? Wondering what it’s like, and why people love it so much? Come to the Library Sunday evening at 6:00pm and get all the info! (Talk to Steve if you have questions or can’t make it.)

Pie Making Mini Class If you are taking the pie making mini class and have a rolling pin – or if anyone is willing to lend one to the class – please put your name on it and bring it to the office or right to the class on Wednesday/Friday.
Re-Enrollment is Open for ILHS/ILC students for the 2025-2026 school year! Using a desk or lap top computer, log in to your Gradelink parent account. You should land on the Re-Enroll page, but if not, just click the tab on the left. Please fill out all Google forms while you’re completing the enrollment.
Lost & Found Have you lost lunch tickets? If so, come to the office and describe where/when/what you have lost and we’ll see if we can match you up with what has been turned in.
Photo Contest We’re switching things up for the second semester. We REALLY need a photo on the wall of the volleyball state tournament championship. Rather than limiting this to an unedited photo, this time around we’ll take any single photo or photo collage. Editing is allowed and even encouraged. The winning photo will go on the wall with previous winners and be made into a puzzle. Deadline for submissions is February 24th.
