Tour Choir will rehearse at the regular time today in preparation for the recording session tonight. Tonight’s recording session is at Messiah from 6:30-10:00pm. If you need a ride to church, please talk to Prof. Schaller. High School dorm students remember to sign out/in tonight.

Ruth’s Retreat Bible study and fellowship hour meets this evening in the AC Library from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. We’ll have a Bible study topic, music, and discussion. Come and bring a friend!

Easter Break begins Thursday at 12:05pm! If you’d like a bag lunch to go make sure you sign up outside the Dining Hall. Dorms close at 6:00pm and re-open at noon on Monday. The first meal served Monday is supper; sign-in is by 9:50pm (no evening chapel and no study hall). Classes resume Tuesday as usual. If you are leaving early or returning late, remember to fill out a Planned Absence form and have your parents send permission.

Spring Sports Photos will be taken next Wednesday beginning at 3:00pm behind the gym. Please arrive promptly in your uniform and have your individual and team poses ready to go. You can order online at mylifetouch.com (parents watch for an email about this), or use a paper form from the credenza outside the office.

Track & Field Report: We had to deal with rather windy conditions in Eleva-Strum, but both our boys and girls teams managed 3rd place finishes out of 9 teams. Our top finishers were:
First Place – Audrey Arndt (100M, 100 hurdles, 200M, & long jump), and Grace LeDuc (400M).
2nd Place – Sophia Carstensen (long jump), Maggie Seibel (1600M & 3200M), Jesse Cornish (100M & triple jump), and all 3 of our boys relay teams: 4×100 (Tyler, Tanner, Ian, & Jesse), 4×400 (Tyler, Logan, Michael, & Jesse), and 4×800 (William, Josh, Dulton, & Logan).
3rd Place – Tanner Havemeier (triple jump), Michael Lang (400M), and our girls 4×100 team (Evalin, Alex, Sophia, & Becky).
A few athletes even managed to set new personal best marks today in spite of dealing with the wind: Ashtyn Barthels (discus), Thomas Carstensen (400M), Tanner (triple jump), Carter Martin (discus & shot put), William Sydow (800M), and our boys 4×100 relay team. Lancer Baseball: Lancers beat CFC 11-2. Daniel Kloke threw 6 innings giving up only one run (unearned), striking out 6 and walking 2. Lancers totaled 15 hits (a season high). Sawyer Sydow was 3X4 with a double, 2 RBI, 3 Runs, and 3 stolen bases. Liam Bauer was 3×3 with a triple, an RBI, and a Run scored. Derek Wales was 2×4 with an RBI and 2 Runs scored. Seth Bernthal was 2×4 with an RBI, a Run scored, and 2 stolen bases. Record: 3-3 (3-1 conf.) Next game is at Osseo-Fairchild on Tuesday, April 22.

Lancer Softball: Katie Kloke collected 4 hits in 4 at bats, as the Lancers defeated CFC 13-3 today. The Lancers also had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating 5 walks for the game. Reagan Oman and Cheyenne Wales led the team with 2 walks apiece. Rachel Kazemba went the distance in the circle, giving up only 5 hits and 3 runs (two earned) over 5 innings, striking out 3 and walking 2. Next up for Immanuel is a game at Osseo-Fairchild on Tuesday, April 22. Record 2-3 (conf 2-2)
