Don’t forget to pay for Banquet! Payment ($15 per person) can be given to the office, and is due by the day of Banquet (May 9th). If you are bringing someone not from Immanuel you are expected to pay for their ticket.

Tour Choir in La Crosse, WI – Peace with God Lutheran Church of Onalaska, WI is hosting the Immanuel Lutheran Tour Choir at The Pumphouse in downtown La Crosse (119 King Street) on Sunday May 3rd at 5:30 pm with refreshments to follow. Visitors Day Weekend is almost here! Here’s what this weekend will look like…

Lancer baseball defeated Independence/Gilmanton 12-3. Derek Wales, Cam Nelson, and Jake Zimmerman scattered 4 hits and struck out 12. Offensively, the lads had their best hitting day with 13 hits, including four doubles. The Lancers next play CFC on Monday at home.
Lancer softball – Independence/Gilmanton was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 2-0 victory in softball today. Rachel Kazemba surrendered six hits and two runs (one earned) over six innings, striking out four and walking one. Gabi Radichel was 2-for-3 in hits. We turned three double plays in the game. Our record is 1-5, and the next game is against Melrose-Mindoro on Tuesday.
Track Report – The weather was almost picture-perfect for our meet at Cochrane-Fountain City, and our Lancers put in some impressive performances on the track. Out of 5 teams, our girls placed second and our boys third. Incredibly, out of 31 athletes competing in various events, 22 set new personal records in at least one event! Setting new PR’s in multiple events were Jordyn Schierenbeck (100M & 200M), Jenna Ude (400M & discus), Carter Martin (shot put & discus), Josh Noeldner (200M & long jump), Joel Pfeiffer (400M & 1600M), and Josh Pfeiffer (1600M & 3200M).
We also had FOUR new school records set tonight: Ashtyn Barthels broke the previous discus record set by Kendra Naumann in 2018; Ayden Anderson broke the 300 hurdles mark previously set by Reis Levandoski just last year; Reis himself broke the record in the 110 hurdles, previously set by Cainin Lone in 2022; and Dulton Eberhardt broke the previous record in the 800M set by Caleb Oster in our very first track season, 2013.
Our next competition is at Mondovi next Tuesday, April 28.
