Lunch Outside has been approved by the Covid Committee! Each day Mel will make a determination (based on the current weather and the meal) on whether it will be acceptable for students to take their lunch outside to eat. All trays and utensils MUST be brought back PROMPTLY once you are done eating! NO LITTERING! If either of these becomes an issue, this PRIVILEGE of eating outside will not continue.

Spring Photo Contest! “Spring At Immanuel” We’re looking for your original, unedited photos of the signs and activities of spring on the campus of Immanuel. The next seven weeks are going to be full of activity. As the leaves turn and the flowers begin to show, spring activities (Field Day, Arbor Day, baseball, softball, track) also swing into action. Snap some photos (up to three each) that represent “Spring at Immanuel” and email them to kelly.beekman@ilc.edu or ross.roehl@ilc.edu. The winning photo will be printed on canvas and added to the wall in the AC.
Moving Help Needed The Immanuel Family will be helping move a large quantity of materials from the existing building at Messiah to storage to allow for the expansion project to begin. The first large workday is scheduled for Saturday, April 17 beginning at 9:00 am. Transportation and doughnuts will be provided and we’ll get you back for brunch. The day will involve packing up and moving boxes. Anyone can do it. The ACT Test is scheduled for that day but we are hoping that everyone else in the Immanuel Family will keep their schedule clear and plan to help with the move.
Tom Beekman, the coordinator, says “We’ve locked in 4/17 for a move event. Lotta stuff. Lockers, furniture, boxes. Having the ILHS ILC group will be huge!!!!”
