Vacation Bible School Help – Messiah is looking for helpers and teachers for the upcoming VBS session, June 8-12th. They could use help in all areas – playground, music, teachers and teachers’ aides. The session runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 11:30am. A catered meal is being sponsored/funded again this year by a member of Berea Lutheran Church in Inver Grove Heights. The meal is FREE for everyone – all high school, college, and seminary students, as well as all faculty and staff. The meal will be from Noodles & Co, and will be served on Tuesday, May 19, in the dining hall. Plan accordingly.
JV Baseball plays Elk Mound here at Immanuel starting at 5 PM.
The Lost and Found in the Dean’s office and the AC office need to be emptied before summer vacation! They will be following the same schedule with prices rising $0.25 per day (e.g. $0.50 on Tuesday, $0.75 on Wednesday, and so on). On Friday, items are available to be purchased by anyone. After graduation, all remaining items will be donated to a charitable organization.

Track Uniforms & Spikes: you must return your uniforms (and spikes, if you borrowed a pair) as soon as possible after you’re done competing. We don’t want to have to charge you (~$80) for an unreturned uniform! You can give them to Steve or drop them off at the AC office any time.
On Senior Night at Gelein Field, the Lancer softball team defeated the Lincoln Hornets 13-6. Reagan Oman drove in four runs on four hits, one being a triple. The team had a total of 10 hits in the game. They ended with an overall record of 6-10 (6-8). Next up is regional play in Independence on Tuesday, May 26.
In baseball action at Carson Park Monday evening, Senior Night was held in honor of the five graduating Lancer Seniors. The Lancers came out on top in the low scoring game 3-0. Derek Wales and Cam Nelson combined for the shutout. The Lancers picked up single runs in the 1st, 3rd, and 5th. Seth Bernthal drove in two, and Jake Zimmerman scored two runs. The Lancers play for a conference championship on Thursday in Pepin.

- May 23rd – Graduation Service @ 10:00 AM
- This year’s high school graduates will have tables set up in the Commons lounge area with photos, plus spots to leave cards and gifts. The area will be open Saturday from 9–10am before the graduation service, and again after the service until about 1pm. Everyone attending graduation is invited to stop by and look through the photos and memories of our graduates! Please note: there is no group graduation party in the gym this year.

Bike Owners – A reminder to all students with bikes on campus: All bikes must be removed from campus during the summer; those not removed will be forfeited and/or disposed of. Thank you for your cooperation!
Fob and key return at the end of the school year: Resident Dorm Students, please turn in your dorm room key and fob to your Dorm Supervisor before you leave for home. Town Students, please turn in your fob at the AC office before you leave for summer vacation. All fobs and keys not returned will be charged a fee to your student account.
